The Knott KF overrun brakes are available in various versions. All necessary information can be found on the type plate on the overrun brake.
It is also possible to view all features separately. This is quite simple.

The number behind KF, 27 represents the weight class, this is the basis for choosing an overrun brake.
KF27 = 1600kg to 2700kg

Next, one looks at the coupling. This can be a standard ball coupling or a DIN eye. A DIN eye is mainly common behind trucks. 

The last element is the jockey wheel mount, which is easy to see on the overrun brake. If the jockey wheel is mounted directly on the overrun brake, instead of on the drawbar, then there is a jockey wheel mount. The advantage of this is that the jockey wheel comes to the center of the drawbar and thus also in the middle of the trailer. The two product photos show overrun brakes with a jockey wheel mount.

All these overrun brakes have a bolt pattern with a width of 110mm from center to center, a length of 166mm from center to center, and a width of 200mm from center to center at the rear.
