Technical specifications

The Knott KF overrun brakes are available in various versions. All necessary information can be found on the type plate on the overrun brake.
It is also possible to view all features individually. This is quite simple.

The number after KF, 13 represents the weight class, this is the basis for selecting an overrun brake.
KF13 = 750kg to 1300kg

Next, one looks at the coupling. This can be a standard ball coupling or a DIN-eye. A DIN-eye is mainly common behind trucks. 

The last element is the jockey wheel bracket, this is easy to see on the overrun brake. If the jockey wheel is directly mounted on the overrun brake, instead of on the drawbar, then there is a jockey wheel bracket. This has the advantage that the jockey wheel comes to sit in the middle of the drawbar and thus also in the middle of the trailer. The two product photos show overrun brakes with a jockey wheel bracket.

All these overrun brakes have a hole pattern with a width of 110mm center-to-center, a length center-to-center of holes of 166mm, and a width of 200mm center-to-center at the back. 

All overrun brakes come complete with a B50X coupling.
