At Masta Aanhangwagens, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and carefully, regardless of the size of the order! Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery options, including costs and conditions.
Products in stock
An indication of stock is shown with our products. We aim to keep the stock as accurate as possible, but it may always differ from the actual stock. No rights can be derived from the displayed stock. Stock may differ due to various factors, such as the product being purchased by someone else in our webshop or at the counter in our store. Additionally, the product may be in use in our workshop, and any stock changes resulting from this are not immediately visible on the website. To confirm stock, you can always contact our customer service.
Additionally, some products show external stock. This is the stock in a warehouse of one of our partners. Delivery times from these warehouses vary from the next working day to a few working days.
With sustainability in mind, Masta Aanhangwagens recycles various boxes and packaging materials. You can always recognize our packages and your order by the Masta.nl tape, even if the box is from another product. Your package is always carefully packed and shipped.
Inquire about delivery times
If a product shows "Delivery time on request, contact us" or "Inquire about the delivery time," this does not necessarily mean the product is not in stock. It may be that the stock has not been updated, but the product is in stock and can therefore be delivered quickly. Additionally, the stock may have already been replenished or adjusted before this is visible on the website. For the most up-to-date delivery time of a product, it is best to contact our customer service first.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. Orders over €75 (incl. VAT) are shipped for free within the Netherlands. For international shipments, we apply different rates depending on the destination country.

Exceptions: Large products such as wooden boards, long wheel stops, or front racks cannot be shipped via regular delivery. For these, please inquire with our customer service.
Trailer delivery
Trailers that are in stock can usually be picked up on the same day at our location in Sint-Oedenrode. Please check with our customer service beforehand, as the trailer needs to be prepared for use and any options need to be installed.
Home delivery: For trailers, we offer home delivery within the Netherlands. Our driver will contact you once the trailer is ready for transport. Delivery costs depend on the distance. Enter your postal code in the shopping cart to calculate the delivery costs.
Pickup in our store
Would you prefer your order to be ready for pickup? That’s possible! Place your order, and if it is in stock, you can pick it up the same day in our store in Sint-Oedenrode. If a product is not immediately available, we will inform you of the first possible pickup date.
Complaints and returns
If an order does not arrive or is defective, we will resend it free of charge. Have you entered the wrong address? If the package is returned automatically, we will resend it, but the additional shipping costs will be at your expense.
