Brake linings, also known as brake shoes, are pressed against the inside of the brake drums during braking, slowing down the wheel. The brake linings are held in position by springs. Firstly, the tension springs, which are positioned horizontally between the brake linings. These ensure that the brake linings return to a neutral position after braking. Additionally, there is a retaining spring vertically through the wheel brake, which ensures that the brake lining remains attached to the anchor plate. This brake lining set contains all the wear parts of a wheel brake.

When replacing your trailer brake linings, it is best to look at the numbers on your current brake lining. Once you have found them, you can easily replace your brake lining with the product bearing the same numbers.
