AL-KO Tiny House Low Loader Chassis 840x244cm

This is a low loader chassis for a tiny house, where the loading floor is lower than the top of the fenders. This means that in the middle of the loading floor, there is a gap between the fenders, making it slightly narrower. An additional advantage is that the loading floor is close to the ground, at 47.1 cm. This chassis is only available in a tandem axle version (2 axles).

This AL-KO chassis for a tiny house comes standard equipped with:

- Complete lighting at the front, sides, and rear
- 195/50R13C wheels
- 4 corner steadies

- Automatic jockey wheel
- Ball coupling including cylinder lock

Excellent base for your Tiny House
The AL-KO Tiny House chassis is an excellent base for your Tiny House. The modular frame concept allows for different construction lengths and individual structures. Due to the preloaded frame, there will be less torsion and minimal to no deflection. The chassis is equipped with accurately matched supports, providing strong and solid support.

Weight Class

This trailer has an empty weight of approximately 695kg. The standard gross load capacity is 3500kg, resulting in a usable (net) load capacity of 2805kg. The net load capacity results from the permitted maximum mass minus the own weight, which yields the effective load capacity. When the axles are maximally loaded (3500kg), the loading surface drops from 47.1 cm to 42.1 cm.

License Plate

The trailer is braked and therefore must be registered with its own license plate. AL-KO delivers the trailers as standard without a license plate, so the trailer must be taken to the RDW for registration before use. It is possible to have us arrange the license plate for an additional cost (see options).

Security

For security, this trailer is standard equipped with a cylinder lock integrated into the coupler.

On this trailer, you will receive standard 3 years of warranty!

Attention! The tiny house trailers are only suitable for building a tiny house. The trailers are not suitable for use as goods transport trailers. The structure built on the trailer, together with the trailer, provides the strength and torsional rigidity. Masta Aanhangwagens cannot provide a warranty if you use the tiny house trailer for transporting goods.
