AL-KO Tiny House Low Loader Chassis 780x244cm

This is a low loader chassis for a tiny house, where the loading floor is lower than the top of the fenders. This means that in the middle of the loading floor surface, there is space between the fenders, making it slightly narrower. An additional advantage is that the loading floor is close to the ground, specifically 47.1 cm. This chassis is only available in a twin axle version (2 axles).

This AL-KO chassis for a tiny house comes standard equipped with:

Excellent foundation for your Tiny House
The AL-KO Tiny House chassis is an excellent foundation for your Tiny House. The modular frame concept allows for different construction lengths and individual structures. Due to the pre-tensioned frame, there will be less twisting and minimal to no deflection. The chassis is equipped with precisely matched supports, providing strong and solid support.

Weight Class

This trailer has an empty weight of approximately 675kg. The standard gross load capacity is 3500kg, resulting in a net load capacity of 2825kg. The net load capacity results from the authorized maximum mass minus the own weight, resulting in the effective load capacity. When the axles are loaded to the maximum (3500kg), the loading surface drops from 47.1 cm to 42.1 cm.

License Plate

The trailer is braked and therefore needs to have its own license plate. AL-KO delivers the trailers as standard without a license plate, so the trailer will need to be taken to the RDW for registration before use. It is possible to have us apply for the license plate for an additional fee (see options).

Security

For security, this trailer comes standard with a cylinder lock integrated into the coupling.

Attention! The tiny house trailers are only suitable for building a tiny house. The trailers are not suitable for use as goods transport trailers. The structure built on the trailer, together with the trailer, provides the strength and torsional rigidity. Masta Aanhangwagens cannot guarantee if you use the tiny house trailer for transporting goods.
