AL-KO Tiny-House low-loader chassis 720x244cm

This is a low-loader chassis for a tiny house, where the loading floor is lower than the top of the fenders. This means that in the middle of the loading floor surface, there is space between the fenders, making it slightly narrower. An additional advantage is that the loading floor is close to the ground, namely 47.1cm. This chassis is only available with tandem axles (2 axles).

This AL-KO chassis for a tiny house comes standard equipped with:

- Handle for the support legs

- Ball coupling including cylinder lock

Excellent base for your Tiny House
The AL-KO Tiny House chassis is an excellent base for your Tiny House. The modular frame concept allows for different construction lengths and individual constructions. Due to the preloaded frame, there will be less torsion and little to no bending. The chassis is equipped with precisely coordinated supports, providing strong and solid support.

Weight class

This trailer has an empty weight of approximately 655kg. The standard gross load capacity is 3500kg, resulting in a useful (net) load capacity of 2845kg. The net load capacity results from the allowed maximum mass minus the own weight, resulting in the effective load capacity. When the axles are fully loaded (3500kg), the loading surface decreases from 47.1cm to 42.1cm.

License plate

The trailer is braked and therefore must be equipped with its own license plate. AL-KO delivers the trailers as standard without a license plate, so the trailer must be taken to the RDW for registration before use. It is possible to have us apply for the license plate at an additional cost (see options).

Security

For security, this trailer is standard equipped with a cylinder lock integrated into the coupling.
