AL-KO Tiny-House low-loader chassis 660x244cm

This is a low-loader chassis for a tiny house, where the loading floor is lower than the top of the fenders. This means that in the middle of the loading floor surface, the space is between the fenders, making it slightly narrower. An additional advantage may be that the loading floor is close to the ground, namely 47.1 cm. This chassis is only available in a tandem axle version (2 axles).

This AL-KO chassis for a tiny house comes standard equipped with:

Excellent foundation for your Tiny House
The AL-KO Tiny House chassis is an excellent foundation for your Tiny House. The modular frame concept allows for different construction lengths and individual structures. Due to the pre-tensioned frame, there will be less twisting and minimal to no bending. The chassis is equipped with precisely matched supports, which provide heavy and solid support.

Weight class

This trailer has an unladen weight of approximately 635kg. The standard gross load capacity is 3500kg, resulting in a useful (net) load capacity of 2865kg. The net load capacity results from the permissible maximum mass minus its own weight, resulting in the effective load capacity. When the axles are fully loaded (3500kg), the loading surface goes from 47.1 cm to 42.1 cm.

License plate

The trailer is braked and must therefore be equipped with its own license plate. AL-KO delivers the trailers as standard without a license plate, so the trailer must be taken to the RDW before use to apply for one. It is possible to have us apply for the license plate for an additional charge (see options).

Security

For security, this trailer is equipped with a standard cylinder lock integrated into the coupling.
