This is a high loader chassis for a tiny house, which is equivalent to a flatbed trailer model. This means that the loading floor is located above the wheels. This allows you to use the full loading floor and have more space available for the construction. The loading floor is somewhat higher from the ground, namely 63.4 cm. This chassis is available with both tandem axles (2 axles) and tridem axles (3 axles).

This AL-KO chassis for a tiny house comes standard with:

- Complete lighting at the front, side, and rear
- 195/50R13C wheels for 2-axle
- 195/55R10 wheels for 3-axle
- 4 corner steadies
- Hand crank for corner steadies
- Automatic jockey wheel
- Ball coupling including cylinder lock

Excellent foundation for your Tiny House
The AL-KO Tiny House chassis is an excellent foundation for your Tiny House. The modular frame concept allows for various construction lengths and individual designs. Due to the pre-tensioned frame, there will be less torsion and minimal to no deflection. The chassis is equipped with precisely matched supports, providing strong and sturdy support.

Weight Class

This trailer is available in two different versions, namely a 2-axle or a 3-axle. Below are the weight classes:

2-axle:
- Own weight: 735kg
- Gross load capacity: 3500kg
- Net load capacity: 2765kg

3-axle:
- Own weight: 760kg
- Gross load capacity: 3500kg
- Net load capacity: 2740kg

The net load capacity results from the permitted maximum mass minus the own weight, resulting in the effective load capacity. When the axles are maximally loaded (3500kg), the loading surface decreases from 68.4 cm to 63.4 cm for a 2-axle and from 59 cm to 54 cm for a 3-axle.

License Plate

The trailer is braked and therefore must be equipped with its own license plate. AL-KO delivers the trailers as standard without a license plate, so the trailer must be taken to the RDW for registration before use. It is possible to have us apply for the license plate for an additional cost (see options).

Security

For security, this trailer is standard equipped with a cylinder lock integrated into the coupling.

Attention! The tiny-house trailers are only suitable for building a tiny house. The trailers are not suitable for use as goods transport trailers. The construction built on the trailer, together with the trailer, provides the strength and torsional rigidity. Masta Aanhangwagens cannot provide a guarantee if you use the tiny-house trailer for transporting goods.
