• According to BOVAG, it is advisable to replace the tires after six years at the latest. Check the DOT code on the side of the tire for this. You will see a code with four digits. The first two indicate the production week number, the second the year.
• The mandatory minimum tread depth for a trailer tire is 1.6 mm.
• A trailer tire has no direction of travel.
