The Knott KF overrun brakes are available in different versions. All necessary information can be found on the nameplate on the overrun brake.
It is also possible to view all features separately. This is quite simple.

The number following KF, 27 represents the weight class, which is the basis for selecting an overrun brake.
KF27 = 2500kg to 3000kg

Next, one looks at the coupling. This can be a standard ball coupling or a DIN eye. A DIN eye is mainly common behind trucks. 

The last element is the jockey wheel bracket, which is easy to identify on the overrun brake. If the jockey wheel is directly mounted on the overrun brake instead of on the drawbar, then it has a jockey wheel bracket. The advantage of this is that the jockey wheel is positioned in the middle of the drawbar and therefore also in the middle of the trailer. Both product photos show overrun brakes with a jockey wheel bracket.

All these overrun brakes have a hole pattern with a width of 110mm center-to-center, a lengthwise hole pattern of 166mm center-to-center, and a rear width center-to-center of 200mm. 

All overrun brakes come complete with a B50X coupling.
