Material:
A professional, durable, plasto-elastic, neutrally curing adhesive kit based on high-quality bitumen rubber. OS111 is immediately ready for use (without heating) and adheres to the most common surfaces, even on wet surfaces.

Preparation:

• The substrate should preferably be clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.
• For special applications and/or damp surfaces, perform an adhesion test beforehand.

Processing:

• Can be processed with a manual or pneumatic gun.
• A clean nozzle is important for consistent dosing.
• Keep the piston and the piston wall of the pneumatic guns well greased.
• To achieve adhesion on a wet substrate, the distance between the substrate and the nozzle should be as small as possible, but not more than 3 mm.
• Apply the adhesive in ridges/stripes or dots so that the solvent can evaporate.
• Factors such as the temperature of the substrate, permeability of the materials to be bonded, and the layer thickness determine the open time and curing speed.
• Immediately after application, the adhesive strength is usually sufficient to withstand a slight load.
• Maximum strength is achieved after complete curing.
• The result of the adhesive bond is heavily dependent on the execution conditions.
• Do not place cartridges/sausages in the sun or near a heat source.
• Ensure good ventilation during processing.
