The Henra machinery transporters are specially developed for the professional end user and therefore for intensive use. These very solid transporters have a long service life and are very user-friendly. In addition, the transporters have a very low loading floor of no less than 32cm! The drawbar and chassis are welded together in one piece, which ensures a very solid construction. Standard equipped with a loading ramp of 115cm.

Dimensions:

The length of the loading area of this trailer is 450 cm and the width is 170 cm. These dimensions are measured on the inside of the loading area. The height of the loading floor is 32 cm. The total length of the trailer is 630 cm and the total width is 210 cm.

Weight class:

The trailer is available in 7 versions:
Version 1: Tandem axle, Gross weight 2700kg, own weight 920kg, net load capacity 1780kg.
Version 2: Tandem axle, Gross weight 3000kg, own weight 930kg, net load capacity 2070kg.
Version 3: Tandem axle, Gross weight 3500kg, own weight 940kg, net load capacity 2560kg.
Version 4: Tri-axle 3x1500kg axle, Gross weight 3500kg, own weight 970kg, net load capacity 2530kg.
Version 5: Tri-axle 3x1800kg axle, Gross weight 3500kg, own weight 1000kg, net load capacity 2500kg.
Version 6: Tandem axle 2x1800kg axle, Parabolic suspension instead of rubber suspension: Gross weight 3500kg, own weight 960kg, net load capacity 2540kg.
Version 7: Tri-axle 3x1800kg axle, Parabolic suspension instead of rubber suspension: Gross weight 3500kg, own weight 1020kg, net load capacity 2480kg.

License plate: The trailer is braked, with a gross weight exceeding 750kg, and will therefore be provided with its own license plate.

Henra Xpert Series

Henra introduces a new option on all machinery transporters, the new Henra Xpert Series. Brand new features of the Xpert Series compiled based on safety, ease of use, and appearance that make the flatbed trailers much more complete.

Flatbed trailers equipped with an Xpert package will be provided with:
- LED taillights and a more attractive variant of LED contour lighting
- Black coated taillight protectors, specially developed for Henra LED lighting
- Black reflective striping running entirely on the sloping side and partially on the front
- Red reflective striping on the tailgate
- 4 Anti-slip mats on both fenders for 2.5m length version (for versions >2.5m, an additional anti-slip mat per half meter)
- Red/white LED contour lighting
- Extra heavy-duty jockey wheel (static 500kg)
- Xpert sticker

Parabolic suspension?

Parabolic springs, the modern version of traditional leaf springs. Parabolic suspension provides significantly more comfort and stability than classic leaf springs. In comparison with rubber suspension axles, parabolic suspension also offers more comfort and stability. Knott rubber suspension axles are known for being very solid and difficult to bend, but nonetheless Henra also sees the benefits of parabolic suspension axles. Knott uses two leaf springs, requiring limited space. (The trailers do not become higher than with standard rubber suspension axles). Axles with parabolic springs are 30% lighter, easier to install, and have a longer service life compared to old-fashioned leaf springs. The parabolic suspension axles are standard supplied with shock absorbers.

Henra Black Bottom

Black Bottom option: A completely black powder-coated chassis, drawbar legs, and loading ramp. Not only black panels are an option, but a completely black trailer is also possible! With the "Black Bottom" option, your chassis + various other parts are powder-coated in black. The Black Bottom option can also be combined with the Black Label option and the Xpert version. Warranty
