The Henra machine transporters are specially developed for the professional end user and therefore for intensive use. The very solid transporters have a long lifespan and are very user-friendly. In addition, the transporters have a very low loading floor of 32cm! The drawbar and chassis are welded in one piece, creating a very sturdy construction. Standard equipped with a 115cm loading ramp.

Dimensions:

The box length of this trailer is 400 cm and the box width is 170 cm. These dimensions are measured on the inside of the box. The height of the loading floor is 32 cm. The total length of the trailer is 580 cm and the total width is 210 cm.

Weight class:

The trailer is available in 7 versions:
Version 1: Tandem axle, Gross weight 2700kg, unladen weight 900kg, net load capacity 1800kg.
Version 2: Tandem axle, Gross weight 3000kg, unladen weight 910kg, net load capacity 2090kg.
Version 3: Tandem axle, Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 920kg, net load capacity 2580kg.
Version 4: Tridem 3x1500kg axle, Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 950kg, net load capacity 2550kg.
Version 5: Tridem 3x1800kg axle, Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 980kg, net load capacity 2520kg.
Version 6: Tandem axle 2x1800kg axle, Parabolic suspension instead of rubber-sprung axles: Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 940kg, net load capacity 2560kg.
Version 3: Tridem 3x1800kg axle, Parabolic suspension instead of rubber-sprung axles: Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 1000kg, net load capacity 2500kg.

License plate: The trailer is braked, gross weight is more than 750kg and will therefore be provided with its own license plate.

Henra Xpert Series

Henra introduces a new option for all machine transporters, the new Henra Xpert Series. Brand new features of the Xpert Series that are composed based on safety, ease of use, and appearance that make the flatbed trailers much more complete.

The flatbed trailers equipped with an Xpert package will be provided with:
- LED tail lights and a more attractive variant of LED contour lighting
- Black coated taillight protectors, specially designed for Henra LED lighting
- Black reflective striping running continuously on the sloping side and partially on the front
- Red reflective striping on the rear door
- 4 Anti-slip mats on both fenders for 2.5m length version (for versions >2.5m, an additional anti-slip mat per half meter)
- Red/white LED contour lighting
- Extra heavy-duty jockey wheel (static 500kg)
- Xpert sticker

Parabolic suspension?

Parabolic springs, the modern version of traditional leaf springs. Parabolic suspension provides significantly more comfort and stability than classic leaf springs. Compared to rubber-sprung axles, parabolic suspension also offers more comfort and stability. Knott rubber-sprung axles are known to be very sturdy and hardly bendable, but nevertheless, Henra also sees the advantages of parabolic-sprung axles. Knott uses two leaf springs, requiring limited space. (The trailers do not become higher than with standard rubber-sprung axles). The axles with parabolic springs are 30% lighter, easier to install, and have a longer lifespan, compared to old-fashioned leaf springs. The parabolic-sprung axles are standardly supplied including shock absorbers.

Henra Black Bottom

Black Bottom option: A completely black powder-coated chassis, drawbar legs, and loading ramp. Not only black boards are an option, but a completely black trailer is also possible! With the "Black Bottom" option, your chassis + various other parts are powder-coated black. The Black Bottom option can also be combined with the Black Label option and the Xpert version.
