The Henra machine transporters are specially designed for the professional end user and therefore for intensive use. These very sturdy transporters have a long lifespan and are very user-friendly. In addition, the transporters have a very low loading floor of a staggering 32cm! The drawbar and chassis are welded together in one piece, which ensures a very sturdy construction. Standard equipped with a 115cm loading ramp.

Dimensions:

The box length of this trailer is 350 cm and the box width is 150 cm. These measurements are taken inside the box. The height of the loading floor is 32 cm. The total length of the trailer is 530 cm and the total width is 190 cm.

Weight class:

The trailer is available in 4 tandem axle versions:
Version 1: Gross weight 2700kg, unladen weight 800kg, net load capacity 1900kg.
Version 2: Gross weight 3000kg, unladen weight 810kg, net load capacity 2190kg.
Version 3: Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 820kg, net load capacity 2680kg.
Version 4 (Parabolic suspension instead of rubber-sprung axles): Gross weight 3500kg, unladen weight 840kg, net load capacity 2660kg.

License plate: The trailer is braked, gross weight exceeds 750kg and will therefore be provided with its own license plate.

Henra Xpert Series

Henra introduces a new option on all machine transporters, the new Henra Xpert Series. Brand new features of the Xpert Series that are designed based on safety, ease of use and appearance that make the flatbed trailers much more complete.

Flatbed trailers equipped with an Xpert package will be provided with:
- LED taillights and nicer version of LED contour lighting
- Black-coated taillight protectors, specially developed for Henra LED lighting
- Black reflective striping running all along the sloping sides and partially on the front
- Red reflective striping on the tailgate
- 4 Anti-slip mats on both fenders for 2.5m length version (for versions >2.5m, an extra anti-slip mat per half meter)
- Red/white LED contour lighting
- Extra heavy-duty jockey wheel (static 500kg)
- Xpert sticker

Parabolic suspension?

Parabolic springs, the modern version of traditional leaf springs. Parabolic suspension provides significantly more comfort and stability than classic leaf springs. Parabolic suspension also offers more comfort and stability compared to rubber-sprung axles. Knott rubber-sprung axles are known for being very sturdy and hardly prone to bending, but nevertheless Henra also sees the benefits of parabolic suspension axles. Knott uses two spring leaves, requiring limited space. (The trailers do not become taller than with standard rubber-sprung axles). The parabolic suspension axles are 30% lighter, easier to install, and have a longer lifespan compared to old-fashioned leaf springs. The parabolic suspension axles are standardly delivered with shock absorbers.

Henra Black Bottom

Black Bottom option: A completely black powder-coated chassis, drawbar legs, and loading ramp. Not only black boards are an option, but a completely black trailer is also possible! With the "Black Bottom" option, your chassis + various other parts will be powder-coated black. The Black Bottom option can also be combined with the Black Label option and the Xpert version. Refer to the image for an example of a Black Bottom flatbed trailer.

Warranty
