DoubleLock A60 mounting bracket for unbraked Anssems GT/PLT trailers

Mounting bracket to mount a Doublelock A60 coupler lock on an unbraked Anssems GT or PLT trailer with a V-drawbar construction.

Suitable for coupler lock: DoubleLock A60 unapproved or SCM
Suitable for trailers: Anssems unbraked GT / GTT / PLT / PLTT (With V-drawbar construction. Not suitable for the GT / LT models with box construction).

The hollow coupler holder that Anssems mounts on the unbraked GT and LT models causes the DoubleLock A60 lock to be attached in an unstable way. The entire lock is held in place by a bushing at the bottom of the bolt. We at Masta Trailers did not find this a good system. Firstly, it is not sturdy and feels very vulnerable, which can also cause the lock to rattle. Secondly, we also found this to be theft-prone. The mounting of the DoubleLock A60 lock needs to be done differently on unbraked Anssems trailers.

For this issue, we have created a spacer bushing that fits into the Anssems coupler holder. This is a sturdy, thick, galvanized tube with mounting holes for the coupler and the lock. The mounting holes inside the holder are reinforced, ensuring a good, solid installation. The lock will no longer rattle and, due to the tube, will not be easily cut through.
