Application:

The surface on which the cast floor will be poured must be clean, dry, grease and dust-free. The maximum processing time of the cast floor is approximately 20 minutes. Also, one must take into account the temperature during the application of the cast rubber floor. It should be between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius in a moisture-free environment. With concrete plywood or similar materials, the hard top layer must first be removed by sanding. Metal and aluminum substrates must be rust and corrosion-free. Any seams and holes in the subfloor must be sealed.

After leveling the subfloor, the primer must be applied, it must then dry and cure for at least 24 hours. When applying the rubber cast floor, it will have a mechanical resistance after approximately 2 days of curing and a chemical resistance after 4 days of curing.
