An Argoflex N (3-C, latex) rubber mortar flooring is a soft rubber trowel floor based on the natural product latex. These are particularly suitable for cattle trailers and horse trailers. The soft, seamless, and dense structure provides a safe and pleasant rubber floor for the horses. Due to the high quality standards, low wear and fluid tightness for cleaning the floor will be optimal.

Application:

The surface on which the flooring will be poured must be dry, clean, grease and dust-free. The maximum processing time for the flooring is approximately 20 minutes. Also, consider the temperature when applying the rubber flooring, it should be between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius in a moisture-free environment. For concrete plywood or similar materials, the hard top layer must first be removed by sanding. Metal and aluminum substrates must be rust and corrosion-free. Any joints in the subfloor must be sealed.

After leveling the substrate, primer should be applied, which should then be left for at least 24 hours. Upon application of the rubber flooring, it will have mechanical resistance after approximately 2 days of curing and chemical resistance after 4 days of curing.
