All HENRA flatbed trailers are developed for the professional end user and therefore for intensive use. In addition, the range of flatbed trailers is very extensive and you always have a suitable size and a suitable load capacity.

Dimensions:

The box length of this trailer is 301 cm, the box width is 185 cm. These measurements are both taken on the inside of the box. The aluminum side panels are 30cm high. The height of the loading floor is 64.5 cm. The total length of the trailer is 459 cm and the total width is 191 cm.

Weight Class:

The trailer is available in 7 versions:
Version 1 (single axle, braked): Gross load capacity 1350kg, own weight 452kg, net load capacity 898kg.
Version 2 (single axle, braked): Gross load capacity 1500kg, own weight 457kg, net load capacity 1043kg.
Version 3 (single axle, braked): Gross load capacity 1800kg, own weight 472kg, net load capacity 1328kg.
Version 4 (double axle, braked): Gross load capacity 2000kg, own weight 509kg, net load capacity 1491kg.
Version 5 (double axle, braked): Gross load capacity 2700kg, own weight 549kg, net load capacity 2151kg.
Version 6 (double axle, braked): Gross load capacity 3000kg, own weight 562kg, net load capacity 2438kg.
Version 7 (double axle, braked): Gross load capacity 3500kg, own weight 602kg, net load capacity 2898kg.

License plate:
The trailer is braked, gross weight exceeds 750kg and will therefore be provided with its own yellow license plate.

Standard equipped with:

• Automatically tiltable jockey wheel
• Fully closed 18 mm plywood floor in one piece
• 185/60R12 wheels for a low loading floor
• Welded rope hooks all around
• Lashing hooks in the loading floor (both sides, front and back!)
• All side panels are completely removable
• Outline lighting integrated in the rear uprights

Henra Xpert Series

Henra introduces a new option on all flatbed trailers, the new Henra Xpert Series. Brand new features of the Xpert Series that are composed based on safety, ease of use and appearance that make the flatbed trailers much more complete.

• Flatbed trailers equipped with an Xpert package will be provided with:
  - Dynamic LED taillights, turn signal runs sideways (without resistance box)
  - Black coated taillight protectors, specially developed for the dynamic LED lighting
  - High quality aluminum box mounted on drawbar, folding down front board remains possible
  - Extra heavy-duty jockey wheel 500kg
  - Black foil, all around in recessed aluminum panels
  - Silver gray/red Xpert sticker on black foil for recognition

Henra Black Label

Option: Black Label version available for Henra flatbed trailers and tippers. For a small additional cost, you can have your trailers equipped with black aluminum side panels (30cm high)! Combined with the black wheels, this gives your trailer a different look that will surely catch the eye!

Henra Black Bottom

Black Bottom option: A completely black powder coated chassis, drawbar legs, corner stakes, tailgate slide and mudguards. Not only black side panels are an option, but a completely black trailer is also possible! With the "Black Bottom" option, your chassis + various other parts will be powder coated black. The Black Bottom option can also be combined with the Black Label option and the Xpert version.

First Free Maintenance Service

At Masta Trailers, your first maintenance service is free upon purchase of a new braked trailer! When purchasing a new braked trailer, you will receive a voucher entitling you to a free first maintenance service. This way, you can continue to safely and without delay use your new trailer.

Warranty
