Henra 3-sided electric tipper

All HENRA tippers are specially developed for the professional end user and therefore for intensive use. HENRA does not compromise on quality. This ensures a long service life and great user-friendliness.

3-Sided electric tipper equipped with 5-stage tipping cylinder. Rearwards and sideways tipping possible!
The strong cylinder has a 48-degree tipping angle (suitable up to 6100 kg).
At the highest tipping position, the rear board does not touch the ground and protects the rear lights.

Dimensions:

The box length of this trailer is 401 cm, the box width is 202 cm. These measurements are both taken inside the box. The height of the loading floor is 71 cm. The total length of the trailer is 559 cm and the total width is 209 cm.

Weight class:

The trailer has an unladen weight of approximately 1120 kg. The standard gross load capacity is 3500 kg, resulting in a useful (net) load capacity of 2380 kg (Permitted maximum mass - unladen weight = net load capacity).

License plate: The trailer is braked, gross weight exceeds 750kg and will therefore be provided with its own license plate.

Henra Tipper XPERT

Option package XPERT: An option package for the Henra tippers that is assembled based on safety, ease of use, and appearance. This package makes the tippers much more complete.

The Henra Tipper XPERT is equipped with the following options:
- Henra aluminum drawbar box
- LED lighting (CAN-BUS proof with 99.9% compatibility)
- Rear light protectors *black powder coated
- Extra heavy-duty jockey wheel 500kg
- Aluminum boards 30cm high with black striping
- Henra Xpert sticker on black foil for recognition

Henra Black Label

Option: Black Label version available for the flatbed trailers and tippers from Henra. For a small additional cost, you can have your trailers equipped with black aluminum boards (30cm high)! This gives your trailer a different look that definitely stands out!

Henra Black Bottom

Black Bottom option: A completely black powder-coated chassis (upper and lower chassis), corner posts, tailgate slide, and mudguards. Not only black boards are an option, but a completely black trailer is also possible! With the "Black Bottom" option, your chassis + various other parts are powder-coated black. The Black Bottom option can also be combined with the Black Label option and the Xpert version.

Option Parabolic suspension?

Parabolic springs, the modern version of traditional leaf springs. Parabolic suspension provides significantly more comfort and stability than classic leaf springs. Even compared to rubber-sprung axles, parabolic suspension offers more comfort and stability. Knott rubber-sprung axles are known to be very reliable and hardly prone to bending, but nevertheless, Henra also sees the benefits of parabolic-sprung axles. Knott uses two spring leaves, requiring limited space. (The trailers do not sit higher than with standard rubber-sprung axles). The axles with parabolic springs are 30% lighter, easier to install, and have a longer lifespan compared to old-fashioned leaf springs. The parabolic-sprung axles are standardly delivered including shock absorbers.

At Masta Aanhangwagens, your first maintenance service is free when purchasing a new braked trailer! Upon purchase of a new braked trailer, you will receive a voucher entitling you to a free first maintenance service. This way, you can continue to safely and without delay use your new trailer.

Warranty
